I'm eating brownies, watching the Olympics, and writing my first blogpost. My daughter Valerie helped me get this started, and she is forcing me to keep it up. She says it will 'keep me young.' (as though I need help) Not sure what all this blogging is about. Think it might be the younger generation's version of the trusty ol' diary. (I wonder if it will be as hard to remember my password to get on this modern version as it was to keep my brother from hiding the key to the old version???) I marvel at how something so simple (Dear Diary) has transformed itself into some cyberspace version. Something that was so private is now supposed to be published for anyone/everyone/noone to read.
So, with that, I'll sign off.
